Who can use Flavi

You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you create an account and again when you make an avatar. One person per account.

Who can be in a video

Every person in a Flavi video is you, someone who said yes, a licensed creator, or a character who doesn't exist. Real people only with their OK. No public figures. No minors.

• You: your avatar starts with a live selfie, and the face in every video you make with it is checked against it.
• Friends: only through an invite or a share they accept with their own account and live selfie. They can take it back at any time; videos already made stay with you. Use their likeness only the way they agreed to.
• Characters: invented people. You may not describe a real person, a public figure, anyone under 21 or anything sexual. We check every character before it can be used.
• Licensed talent: only for the clip and the use in the license, and never for anything the creator excluded. Fees are charged in credits on each render.
• Signed releases (Pro): you confirm the release is genuine, signed by the person, covers the use you pick and that they are 18 or older and not a public figure. We review each release; approved releases last 12 months.

You may not use anyone else's face or voice any other way. The full rules are in the acceptable use policy.

Biometric data

Making an avatar means giving the written release in the biometric notice. It explains what we collect from your face and voice, why, who processes it and when we delete it.

Your clips and your videos

You confirm you have the rights to every clip you upload. You own what you make, and you give us the licence we need to process, store and deliver it. We keep intermediate files for 7 days.

AI labels

Every video Flavi delivers carries signed Content Credentials (C2PA) saying it was made with AI, and free exports also show a visible Made with Flavi mark. Don't remove or hide either one, and say a video is AI-generated wherever the law or the platform you post to asks you to.

Checks and enforcement

We check photos, clips and finished videos for nudity, minors and public figures, and we don't deliver videos that fail. Breaking the rules counts as a strike; after repeated strikes, or one serious breach, we close the account to new videos. Tell us at support@flaavi.app if you think we got it wrong.

Credits and refunds

Credits are used per rendered second. They are held when a render starts and charged only when it finishes; failed or blocked renders are released automatically. Bought credits never expire. Plan credits roll over for up to 2 months.

Reports and removal

Anyone can ask us to remove a video made with Flavi, with or without an account, on the removal request page or at support@flaavi.app. We act on valid requests about intimate images within 48 hours, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires, and review every other report in the same time. Copyright notices go to our DMCA agent at the same address (registration pending).
